What does the T in TBooks mean?

T stands for the T-Account used in bookkeeping to determine the proper balance of accounts.  TBooks is about balance – balanced books, work/life balance for our clients and staff.

T stands for time – time our clients don’t use to do their own bookkeeping but use to grow their business.

T stands for Total Service.  We are here to serve our clients needs not just download transactions online.   We manage all aspects of bookkeeping including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Sales Tax,….

T stands for Technology. We love new technology and how it makes our clients accounting more secure, more accessible, and more useful.

Our History

Our company was founded by Teresa Sanders who has over 30 years experience in the accounting field. Teresa’s accounting career started in public accounting in the early 1980s.  She worked as Controller and CFO for small businesses and has owned a variety of companies.  In 1997, Teresa founded our parent company, The Winterset Group, Inc., and has been providing accounting, bookkeeping and business consulting services to a variety of industries including law firms, IT professionals, eCommerce companies, non-profits, retail shops, and many others.

TBooks integrates current technologies and provides 24/7/365 client access to all your accounting records and financial reports.
